You get one number in writing after the first call. If the job grows, I tell you what it costs before I touch it. There is no hourly rate and nothing is added at the end.
Service 01
For a business that has never had a site, or has been running on a Facebook page and a phone number.
From £395 for a starter page built from your own content. From £750 for a single page written and designed for you. From £1,450 for a five page business site.
Service 02
This is most of the work I do. The business is fine, the wording is mostly right, and the site is 5 years old on a platform that charges monthly. Nothing has to be thrown away.
From £950.
Service 03
A site nobody touches goes stale inside a year. The plan is the work that stops that, not a fee for keeping the lights on. Stop it whenever you like and you keep the site, the domain, the code and the logins.

Running costs
The test is what you are left with when you stop paying. Stop paying a page builder and the site goes off. Stop paying me and the site carries on, because you own it. Here is what it costs to run either way.
Static files served from a global network. No server to rent and nothing to renew.
Paid to the registrar, in your name. Yours whether I am involved or not.
250 enquiries a month on the free tier. Very few small businesses get near that.
Free while the site is quiet. A booking system or an admin area needs it awake, and that cost is absorbed into the System and Growth plans.
Service 04
Added to a new build or a rebuild. Each one is quoted on its own, so you only pay for what you use.
Visitors pick a date or answer a few questions and get a price range. The request lands in your inbox with the answers attached.
Job photos posted to Facebook appear on the site for you to approve, rather than going live on their own.
A private screen for the office: records, lists, payments, whatever the business actually runs on.
Pages only signed-in people can see. Used for clubs, societies and trade customers with their own prices.
Every enquiry to your email, your phone as a WhatsApp message, and a record you can look back through.
Wording written for the whole site, and your existing photos cleaned up, cropped and sized properly.
